I got Hector but Puzzle Agent disappeared!

I pre-ordered Hector and sure enough, Puzzle Agent showed right up.

Now as soon as Hector became available (tremendous game btw, props to all!) Puzzle Agent disappeared! What gives?

    Hi Borracho, Telltale are working on the missing Puzzle Agent issue.

    When I pre-ordered Hector I already had a copy of Puzzle Agent from a previous offer, after buying Hector another serial number was added to Puzzle Agent in 'My Games' section but after a day or so it disappeared and there is now only the one serial left.

    I'm not massively bothered as I won't be playing it but I would like to be able to give the two copies to some friends if they are interested.

    Is it possible to get my other serial number back?

    The second serial number for Puzzle Agent given from preordering Hector disappeared the day after I preordered.
    The payment went through fine and I have my copy of Hector (though I havent tried playing yet.)
