No need to post a second time within 24 hours when your first post was on a Sunday.
Give Telltale a chance to respond (I know that your ticket might be older than 24 hours but I'm pretty sure that their customer service has been incredibly busy with the Jurassic Park refunds and the tickets regarding their two game releases from last week; additionally, some e-mail providers seem to have problems receiving Telltale's non-automated replies - i'm looking at you, Gmail).
Well first of all I lost the count of my mails to Telltale support. First time they told me to wait till it 8 weeks. I did. Then I mailed(the automated reply came) but noone replied. I mailed again this time twice before posting this on forums. This time no automated replies or nothing.
I mean I only this kind of 8 weeks policy from Telltale. Ebay, Amazon etc. there is nothing like this. And they send imidiately a new item free if you claim that you did'nt get it. So yes this is the worst support I have ever seen. 2 months plus weeks and a simple t-shirt could'nt reach me.
By the way I started mailing before this Jurrasic Park thing which I made pre-purchase...

I replied to you same day letting you know that I had to contact customs to track it. I'm sorry if you did not receive or see that message. Did you try contacting your local office to see if they had a package waiting for you? The most common cause of this issue is customs not notifying you that you have something to pick up.
After you contacted me for the first time, I received no replies. I did'nt know you replied though.
I tried contacting my local and city post office, they told me there was no package or anything. I also tired the code with posting services' online tracking system. Still nothing.
Any case what is the next step now? Please inform me as soon as possible.
