My S&M: Surfin' the Highway has not arrived!

Last March 12th I've bought Sam & Max: Surfin' the Highway through Telltale Store, and chose UPS Priority Mail International as delivery method.

My order number is #600115119228028.

However, by the time I'm writing this message I haven't received the book yet. And - that part is particularly odd - I'm not being able to track the package. UPS website says there's no record on the receipt number.

What can be done regarding to this case?

    Priority Mail is a USPS and not a UPS service.
    Usually, international packages sent with USPS can't be tracked on the USPS website (and even less on the UPS website ;)) as the so-called tracking number is in fact a customs number.
    To quote Amy from another thread (sorry, I can't use the "Quote" function of the forum as the thread is closed):
    "International orders are only given a customs number. Customs will only track them for me by request after six weeks."

    I ordered one April 28th and it is still in the warehouse to be shipped. Is that normal?
