    Well if you don't know what the problem is then I assume it's not a problem.

    There was absolutely no follow-up to issue 44577, back from Feb 23. Yes I got an "issue received" email, and no reply was in my spam box.

    I forgot about it for a while, but found the issue hiding in a room, so thought I'd check to see if I needed to follow it up or if the issue was being left as is.

    It's not a game, it's to do with a cock-up with some merch I bought back in september last year. The original ticket should explain it all to whoever is looking at it.

    Perhaps to qualify - it involved a bunch of tracking numbers and dates that I'd really rather not have to go trawling through my emails to find again and replicate here if I can avoid it.

    My guess is they sent a response and it got lost in the sending. TTG is off on the weekends, so just leave it be.

    I'm not amazingly worried. I'm just checking to see if telltale are. And I'm not forcing the issue. Happy to remain patient. Coolguy seems to want all the sordid details though :)
