where do you get the spray can thing?

I've looked everywhere and had no luck, help would be appreciated

    Emmett pulls it out after you do something else in the lab. You have to
    use the oil can to dirty up Emmett's clothes, then he'll go use the shower. I can't remember if he pulls it out immediately after that, you might have to click on the shower again to get the sprayer full of cleanser.
