How long does it take to ship stuff? (because this defies previous experience)

So, relying not only on memory but on my Purchase History (a really nifty feature of the website, Telltale; thanks), I see that whenever I've bought merch from the TTG Store before, it has shipped within 48 hours of the order--including a rather huge order containing the Surfin' the Highway Celebration Special (one of the greatest purchases of my entire life) and a bunch of other stuff, which shipped in less than 24 hours.

This is fairly awesome, and living only one state away from them, the packages come in just a few days.

I ordered the S&M Season 3 DVD and signed poster print on the 22nd of April, and it still hasn't shipped. This strikes me as pretty darn weird. Anybody else have this experience? Is this normal?

Most orders ship within 48 hours and going forward this should apply to all orders. Right now we're changing the way items are shipped so there can be a bit of a delay. Sorry about that.
