Issue 47482

Hello. I've written support three times since Monday the 2nd regarding issue 47482. This is in regards to a Jurassic Park refund. I was told to expect the refund via Paypal and should contact TTG if it hadn't arrived by Monday (the 2nd). Needless to say, it hasn't shown on the account as of yet. I'd appreciate a response to this issue. Thanks.

    We're having a huge issue with Paypal support right now. I've been working with our accounting dept. to have them resolve this but we're still waiting for a Paypal supervisor to get back to us. I hate having to wait and I really wanted to get this solved for everyone the first time around which is why I did each refund manually.

    Obviously when I put Monday in the email I thought we'd be able to get this fixed within the week, but that hasn't happened. And now I have a ton of emails with the same question as yours. I'm very sorry about this but I promise we'll get this fixed for you as quickly as possible.

    Thanks. It just helps knowing a little of what's going on. So long as it's not forgotten, I can wait. :)
