can I activate on steam or Xbox?

I bought sam anmd max sesion 2 a while back, thewn later got sesion one on Xbox 360. is it posible to add sesion 2 to my Xbox or steam acount without having to re buy it?

    No it's not.
    You can add it to your Steam library as a non-Steam game though, but that's probably not what you're hoping for.
