Whats going on?

Dispite a number of emails you have not addressed either of my problems. Firstly the lack f refund for the JP game and second the missing delivery that has been sent out twice. I have asked on more than one occasion for you to chase up the refund with the response from you always being the same "it should have arrived, check your bank". I understand that sometimes people may not think of the simple things to solve a problem but how many times do you think you should tell me that before I get the message and check? The refund is NOT in my bank account, I have only one account and the refund is not there. It has not arrived there and been spent, it has not arrived and then been retracted it has just simply not arrived. I dont think I can make than any clearer than that so to sum up the first problem I have NOT had the refund.


The second problem was left with I will check the customs number to see if I can track it, I have asked for the number myself on more than one occasion and you have not provided it nor have you managed to come back to me with a response. To be honest I am glad that you canceled JP because now I wont have to keep dealing with a company that clearly only values its money and not its customers. A quick read of your forum shows how many people are contacting you regarding orders that dont arrive and the super long time it takes to chase you up on a reply. This message has also been emailed as you ignored my last forum posting no order and no jp refund 4 emails sent. This order is pending from Jan which is bad but clearly its not the worst with people complaining from as far back as Nov last year!!
