No response to manual activation email

I sent an email with the manual unlock request codes for Sam and Max Season One and my order number. I sent the email on June 6. The issue number I got in response was "issue-49140". I have checked my spam folder and only the usual get rich/slim/big quick schemes are present. I can post the manual unlock codes and order number if a moderator says it's necessary.

    It has been 7 days since I sent the email and 4 since I made the above post. I would appreciate a response.

    I finally got an answer Wed 15 and got the unlock codes today.
