Question for Amy Lukima
I sent an PM to you and an e-mail to customer support over 5 days ago. Why haven't I gotten at least a "we are looking into it" courtesy reply? Your company now has close to 120 dollars of my money tied up in two orders. Yet both of them are on "HOLD" due to items listed in them. I cannot afford to keep creating orders but I want all the items I ordered that are still in stock. Yet, at the pace you are going, all the items will be long gone before I get my money back and can re-order. This whole - "cancel the entire order if one item is not available" is not acceptable. Please contact me ASAP so I can salvage whatever items are still available.
