issue-49287 T-shirt "On Hold"
I received the automated response e-mail, but have not received any other response so far. Telltale support is in my contacts, and no responses have showed up in my inbox or spam folder. I am posting here as the e-mail advised to do if I have already tried to e-mail support.
As mentioned in my e-mail, I ordered the Sam & Max complete collection, and a Back to the Future T-shirt. The shirt says "Back to the Future T-Shirt - XL (on hold)".
Also as mentioned previously in the e-mail, I would simply like to know what "On Hold" means in this case. Will I receive a shirt and my Sam & Max DVDs eventually? Or does this mean that the shirt is no longer available and that my order is going to get cancelled at some point? If the shirt is not available, I would prefer just to receive a partial refund and keep the part of my order for Sam & Max. I would assume that Sam & Max has to be kept at this point anyway, because I have already been assigned serial numbers, but I would like to receive my DVDs sooner than later, and to find out what is going on with the shirt.

On Hold and Canceled mean that it's on hold or canceled from the website not from your order. If we have to cancel anything right now we have to cancel the whole order. If that happens we refund you the entire cost plus shipping and send you an email letting you know.
That still doesn't make clear to me whether the shirt is going to become available again and then my order will ship, or whether my order will ship without the shirt. Oh well, I guess I will find out.
