Hi

I have a request made by this reference Order #600129864041708 and has not left the warehouse yet.
When will send me? I've been waiting since lasta 6 June.

Te only thing I now is this: Your order has been submitted to our warehouse and will ship soon. Please check back later for shipping info.

    I can't say for certain this is what happening (I'm just a lowly customer), but after their big Christmas sale when they shipped things the orders often didn't update from that message for a long time (with many people receiving their items before being told they had shipped). If I recall correctly I received my dispatch notification about 2 weeks after they actually shipped it.

    As I said, might not be the case here, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was.
