Can't Pick Shipping Method

Hey guys, I'm trying to take advantage of the Anniversary sale by picking up the SBCG4AP DVD and Poker Night at the Inventory. When I go to pick shipping, it just says "Free." Then I click submit and I keep being told I need to pick a valid shipping method. Any help?
