    i am assuming that you want to know how to knock sybil out of her hypnotic trance....

    hints get more specific as you read on
    it looks like sybil is hypnotised, how do you break a hypnotic trance?
    hit her on the head, you should already have something you can hit her with
    use your boxing glove....
    what? you cannot reach her, it looks like you need to try something different
    you need a way to hit her from across the room, have you looked around the neibhorhood for something that can help
    jimmy has something that may be of help.....
    but he will not sell to cops.....
    then you will just have to take the cannon off of him
    he shoots you if you try to touch the cannon, but that cannon is not a automatic weapon....
    meaning he needs to reload after each shot
    quickly click on jimmy after he fires the cannon, while he is reloading it
    now you have a nonlethal weapon to knock sybil out of her trance
