Still haven't received game

I have sent you two emails for a game I ordered on June 3rd or June 4th and have had nothing other than an automated response. My order says the game is on hold, what does that mean? Is it going to ship soon? if so, when? If not, please refund my money.

    It was the back to the future card game, with shipping it was only about nine dollars. It is not a bunch of money but the fact remains that I paid for an item and I haven't received it not too mention I have had no response from telltale.
    I sent in a complaint to paypal a few minutes ago, we'll see if that does anything.:mad:

    I spent considerably more money than you, as I am waiting for both the Tales of Monkey Island Deluxe Edition & the Tales of Monkey Island Blowout Pack.
