How to get a DVD

I ordered the DVD Collectors version of Tales of Monkey Island this Saturday. I received a code to download the game. When does the DVD come, or do I need to do something to get it sent?

I sent an email regarding this, and received a code "issue-51376".

    I got my answer. I had to download the game first before I could get the DVD.
