Regarding 'issue-51284'
Hi!
I sent an email to support@telltalegames.com on the 27'th of July, regarding a gift purchase I made in December. My email seems to have gotten through to you, as I got the confirmation email, but I haven't gotten any reply yet.
Since it said in the confirmation email that I should try the support forums if I haven't received a reply within a few days, I throught I'd give it a shot.
In case my email for some reason didn't get through after all, here's what it said;

Hi!
On December 13'th 2010, I placed an order for a gift purchase of your Back to the future game. This was a gift for my fiancé, who loves the back to the future movies (and also loved your game, might I add!).
I have a problem, however. When I placed the order, I got a digital gift certificate to print out. I did so, and it was much appreciated. She saved the printout as a memento, which brings me to the reason I'm writing this mail.
I recently managed to spill some water on the printout, making it blurry and moldy - basically destroyed. In an effort to right that wrong, I'd like to print out another copy of it - but sadly, I didn't think to save the image to my computer before printing it.
So I'll get to the point, finally. I'm wondering if you have the template for the gift certificate saved in a database somewhere? Preferrably "my" version with the text I put on it, but I'd also be infinitely grateful if I could get the standard template so I could add in the details myself.
My order number was #600090686913895.
Thank you for your time!
