A King's Quest Theme Park

edited August 2011 in Kings Quest Game
With the addition of yet another King's Quest game, imagine if we were to see a theme park being built as an expansion to the fantastic game universe that the series has unfolded.

What would be the center piece of such a park? The castle of Daventry, or maybe something else?

What lands would it incorporate?

What rides and attractions would it have?

Where in the world would it be built?

It's called RobertaLand, there is a picture of it in Space Quest III!

Every attraction would kill you. And God forbid you forget to get food on one side of the park, because you're in big trouble if you start to get hungry....

I would say beware touching stones from the south end of them.

Now Daisha you should also should beware of touching stones from the north side of them as well (KQ1 on Sega Master System)!

Dang. Just better not touch stones.

If you're in the Sega Master System exhibit it's the other way around!

Sounds like you are talking about the KQ museum, rather than the KQ theme park!

Of course, if there's a theme park, there has to be a museum there as well. May as well go all out.

Might as well have a themed town, and a theme cruise line as well!

    Worked for Disney.

Oh, yeah. You gotta have Daventry Castle, but when people stop coming, you have to re-create it as the Castle of the Crown. And the Witch's candy house can be poorly dressed as Grandma's House, before becoming the bakery from KQ5. And Rumplestiltskin's Island will be renamed Dracula's Island, then the Isle of Wonders.

Beware all short people. In fact lock your valuables up at the front gate.

This would actually be quite a racket in terms of driving up locker rentals.

There should be a booth like the one where a person guesses your age/weight, but instead you must guess their name in 3 tries but only with a backwards alphabet.
