I have been delaying opening a thread in here but after have tried pretty much every possible way to contact you guys (sent two support tickets (51788 & 48158) and even PMed Amy Lukima) I honestly found myself without any other option available to solve this but opening a thread.
Can you guys please take a look at my situation? I have already received a refund but still no voucher. Thank you!
