episode 5 thief wont tell sercet

ok im playing tomi episode 5 on my ps3 and im on the part where u need to get the sercet box from the thief but i use the belt buckle on the thief and he says i trust u friend but when i pick the box he just says how would i know its a sercet so wat do i do????
