Missing Purchase - 'issue-52012'
Hey, I purchased the upgrade to Deluxe Edition of BttF, and Paypal shows that the payment was sent, but I haven't received email confirmation of the order as yet and it's not showing on my account. I emailed about it, but never got a response (checked my spam folder just to make sure) so I'm posting here as the email indicated I should.
Thanks for your help!

Seriously, Telltale. I WANT MY GAME. A. S. A. P.
Besides, when has demanding things ever worked? If you disrespect them, you'll get your money back, although you might be put at the bottom of the list. Customer Service is a hard job, because they're main goal is to make us, the consumer, as happy as possible. Imagine hundreds of people angry at you for something that you didn't do.
Bugs and glitches happen every now and again in the world of technology, it's unavoidable. As a programmer (I'm an Embedded Systems specialist, which means I deal with super low level programming, like binary, hexadecimal, Assembly and C. Occasionally, I literally move 1s and 0s around when I program.), this isn't an easy fix.
It's probably something similar to a run time error (where everything works fine, but there's a bug lurking in the code, just waiting to come out and ruin your day.), which means that the code looks good, but there isn't anyway to figure out where the bug is precisely. This takes a long time to find and fix. Anyways, this is just a shot in the dark.
I'm not going to say that I'm not unhappy. I love Telltale's games and I was really looking forward to playing Hector: Episode 2. However, things outside of both TellTale's and my control happened and they're working as fast as they can.
I replied to you on the 31st... your new order number is 600140334695614. Please add me to your safe senders.:o:)
I'm not complaining, I'm just a rather nervous kinda guy who wants to make sure he gets in on the special edition. I love Telltale, and if they sold out of the deluxe edition, I'd still go for the normal edition. It's not a maker/breaker for me, just concern about that.
On that note, thanks Amy for all you've done to make this process ASAP (As Smooth as Possible) for me once you were made aware of the issue. Thanks!
