Jurassic park refund

Hello,

I received an email about my cancelled preorder for jurassic park that said I would get a store credit and a refund to my credit card. What date was the refund made, as I'd like to verify it went through. Also, where do I locate the store credit on the website? I can't figure out where to click. Thanks!
