Shameless self promotion... and MAX!

Working on a little model of Max for my desk. I've got to finish up the ears and of course do the body, but this is what i've got so far.
What you guys think? any suggestions, critiques etc etc?

    Nevertheless, I like it. Even the ears, which you apparently are going to continue working on. Please don't change how one of the ears kind of leans to one side... it gives it character!
