Manual Activation Codes [issue-52702]

A week ago I had contacted Telltale support about getting some manual activation codes for some Tales of Monkey Island episodes that I had recently purchased and I haven't gotten a response yet. The support ticket number is issue-52702. Since I have not received a reply, I'm posting a thread as stated in the automated reply.

    It has been two weeks now since I first sent my request and I do not see any indication of a response. I know you guys must be busy, but two weeks seems a little long for a request that was only supposed to take 2-3 days. I have had good experiences with Telltale support previously, but I'm a little disappointed with how this has been handled so far.

    Issue 52702 does not exist. Can you forward it again?

    Okay, I have forwarded a copy of my original e-mail to support@telltalegames.com. The automatic reply has now tagged this issue as 'issue-53105.'
