What graphics cards work best with this game?

I can't really promise you which is the cheapest card that runs the games perfectly in your screens resolution with all settings set to highest. For that your best option is probably to ask other users in the BTTF Forum about their experiences with different graphics cards.

Anyone have any advice for this? Thanks in advance.

I used a Radeon HD 5770. It's way overkill for this game and costs something like $100-120. You can definitely do great with something cheaper than this(though if you're interested in PC gaming as a whole, something in that league can play anything you throw at it, probably at max settings).

I run the game in native resolution with a Intel HD 3000 card on my macbook no issues at all running it.
