I purchased Back to the Future apps 2-5 at Telltale Games promotional pricing of $2.99 until Sept 30 / 2011 on Sept 29 / 2011 on the App Store.
I have receipts for Back to the Future 2-5 apps that I was charged $6.99 and not $2.99 on Sept 29 / 2011 for Telltale Game's promotional pricing that I may send as proof to Telltale Games
An Apple iTunes customer service rep is quoted in his email to me that "Apple reserves the right to change prices for products offered at the iTunes Store at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering."
With this quote from an Apple iTunes customer service rep your promotion and pricing is very misleading and confusing as to Apple's policy rights.
I also have the email I was sent from the Apple iTunes customer service rep that I may send as proof to Telltale Games.
Please let me know if and how I can be refunded for Back to the Future 2-5 apps.
Thank you.

We can not see, verify, or refund any purchase from the apple store. Sorry we can't be of more help.
I mean, if you confirmed the purchase with $2.99 per episode, but got charged more, that would be an invalid contract with Apple at least in German legislation.
