[Issue-52852] and [issue-52608]
Hi; I have been waiting for email support on this issue for over 2 weeks now. All I ever hear from the email is the automatic response (which opens another issue number.) I am still patiently waiting & hope to hear something soon other than the automated response. Emails are NOT being filtered from y'all or I would not see the automated response. Please help!

I added that to the account of the intended recipient on September 21 and sent you an email. Was there another issue?
