    I'm sorry you never received it. Were you able to check with customs to make sure they don't have a package waiting for you? I've refunded the order fully as it well beyond the delivery date.

    not checked with the customs but if they wanted money from me, they would have contacted me ;) - And at this time, I never have problems with customs.

    So, if I understand you well:
    - you refunded the order fully,
    - you reshipped it.

    If that's right, it's insanely great and I thank you!

    I saw today that a shipment have been made. Thanks for that!

    The problem is that it seems this shipment does not contain "Tales of Monkey Island DVD with Steve Purcell slipcase" that I ordered the first time.
    Can you make something about that?
