Stuck in HECTOR 3

I have already shoot the vibrator using the underpants .....
and now have to "fill" food to Barnsley ......
but I cant get the funnel on the table, the officer there just refuse to give me ....
what should I do ?

    The same thing happened to me. You've encountered the game breaking bug discussed here:

    I would have offered to send you the savegame I took a backup of before that happens on my second playthrough, but I'm at work now. It can be avoided, but you'll have to play through the game again from the beginning.
