Part 3 closes after titles

I downloaded Part 3 and when I click play it takes me to the menu screen as normal, then I click new game and it then takes me to the delorean and offers to show hints, after that is when the problem occurs, the Telltale Games title and others appear but as soon as they are over and the cutscene begins the game closes and it says it has stopped working. What can I do to stop this?

    hi try to play in administration that might work or change compatability on the properties on the back to the future icon it might run let me know thanks

    i ran it as administrator but it still closed after the credits, i also uninstalled it and re-installed it from telltale.com, but it still dosen't work. Any advice?

    Also i didnt know what to change in the properties
