Password reset problems?

Hey, I'm having some trouble with the "Forgot your password?" screen. I type in the e-mail address, click "Reset Your Password," and then...nothing. It just refreshes the screen, with no confirmation that anything happened. It's been a few days since I last tried, and I haven't gotten any e-mail yet; is something broken?

    That happens when you've input an email address that we don't have on file. If you're unsure what your account is under, please send me a PM with your full name and/or an order number, and I'll look into it for you.
