16 Days since I ordered...

I know that I keep posting on here, but I would like to know when my order will be processed. I was reassured 6 days ago that my order was still valid, and that it would be processed soon. I was hoping to get it before Halloween, but I didn't really care afterwards. It's been 6 days, and my order still hasn't been processed. How long will this take? :(

    October orders are shipping out this week.

    Thank you! I was getting worried. So, does that mean my order will be shipped this week, or that it will be shipped Nov. 18?
