How much of TMI was Elaine's plan?

In the last ep its implied that
Guybrush's death was part of her plan to rid him of the voodoo lady and knew the ring would bring him back
. So was she just acting hysterical when she took her cutlass to
LeChuck
in the ending of chapter 4. Also did she rly know
LeChuck was evil all along
? I have a feeling she was just bluffing when she said she was just going a long with his
"nice guy act to get Guybrush to see the Voodoo Lady..(got cutoff)"
