Hugh Bliss is bacteria, there are two ways of killing bacteria: soap, or heat.

However, Max forgot his anti-bacterial soap, we have one other way by what the props he has for us.

Find some sort of heat and somewhere to boil him in(Like pasturization).

Wreck the Lunar Lander with the saw and use it to boil Hugh Bliss in the water.
