Sam and Max Bundle + CDs?

I purchased the bundle pack of all 3 Seasons of Sam and Max through Telltale's store but now I'd like to have the disc versions as well. How do I go about getting them shipped? There is no obvious way to do that from the Bundle's page or anything so do I have to order them from each Season's personal page?

As a side question, do the bonus features (bloopers and such) come on those discs or are those a separate thing? (Yeah I could look it up, but since I'm here.:D)
