Madam, Sir,

I have purchased 3 Sam & Max End of Season DVDs on October the 30th.

The website says the order is placed but not shipped. May I remind you it's been a month and a half now ?

I have send two emails to support and didn't get any reply.

The order ID is 600143011404446, and the shipment payment has been deducted from my account for more than a month.

    I replied to your email on both December 7'th and the 8'th and you never replied back with the information that I needed from you. I'm sending you a PM now.
