No confirmation (ordered Dec 4th)

I placed an order on December 4th and did not get an order confirmation. The order is also not showing up under the "Stuff You've Bought" section. I emailed support with additional info on December 13th, but haven't gotten a reply yet (issue-55149). These are Christmas gifts, so hopefully this can be resolved and shipped in time.
