Jurassic Park: The Game Help! What's wrong with my log in?

When I try to log in it says that I don't have the full version of Jurassic park, which is really annoying!

    If you purchased the game through us, make sure you're logged in with the email address that you placed the order with. You've never made a purchase with us under the account you're posting from.
