when can you ship my order ?

I am a international customer who lived in Taiwan and I preorder " The Double Deluxe Pack" last month.

My order number is #600144649806431


After several days waiting until today,my order status is always "Your order has been submitted to our warehouse and will ship soon. Please check back later for shipping info."

Oh!!! please!! Telltale, when can you ship my order ?

    I posted in another thread that several people have mentioned receiving their package before the order status was updated to "Shipped".
    There is a good chance that your package got shipped last week (Telltale started shipping international packages on December 19) and you should receive it in a few weeks (depending on where you live, international transit with USPS can take up to 6 or even 8 weeks, depending on customs delays, especially during the holidays).
