CSI Fatal conspiracy case #2 stuck

SO i'm at the part where im interrogating Todd Staurt(?) and it says i get his DNA(which i got) and a photo of his shoeprint but it won't let me take the evidence so how am i supposed to get a photo of his shoeprint because asking him doesn't work. Please help me thankss
