Puzzle Agent 2 steam version won't run

Version of game downloaded on Steam without error. Start of execution can see Tell Tale window established and immediately error of "Grickle102.exe has stopped working" appears.

Help! (please)

    Running the file Grickle102.exe in XP Service pack 2 compatibility solved the problem! Sorry I didn't see that before I posted the thread.
