Sam and Max Season 3 Episodes 303,304 and 305 unlock help.

Like the titles says, for some weird reason, I cannot unlock 303, 304 and 305 of Sam and Max : The Devil's Playhouse. I bought the complete collection last year on December the 22nd and managed to unlock most of the episodes then, but I didn't start on season 3 until the 26th and 27th, when I unlocked 301 and 302. After that however, 303, 304 and 305 refuse to unlock with any of the methods. All I get is a frozen unlocking screen. I've tried emailing with no response. my order number is #60014606409292 and my issue number is 55544. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Hi,

    I'm showing that you sent in an automated unlock code request. There was no mention that were having an issue actually unlocking the games.

    I just performed some maintenance on your account to resolve the issue. Please try uninstalling those episodes and then redownloading and reinstalling them from our website. Let me know if you're having any issue unlocking them after doing that.
