jurassic park login

when i try to login to jurassic park its says that i dont have the full version when i bought the 4 episode. also when i was installing the game a screen appeared that some programs in the game such as the language were in error, thinking that this may be the problem. how do i fix it?:confused:

    Hi,

    Looks like you placed a gift order for Jurassic Park, but never actually redeemed the gift code on an account. I've added the full version of Jurassic Park to your account so you should be able to login now.

    If you're still having a technical issue attempting to run the game, please let me know what the exact error message you're getting is.
