Episode two will not install---HELP

I purchased episode two through the in app purchase on my iphone, but when I go to install it, it says unable to download. The purchase has been billed to my account, and I have tried restarting the phone and the app and have had no luck. Any advice? I am also having trouble with the graphics. Everything is visible except the characters. Throughout the whole first episode none of the characters were visible. Any advice? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Sounds like you're using older generation hardware. Per the app store description, the game will only function on 3GS hardware or higher. Please contact iTunes Support so they can process a refund for you.
