Expensive shipping costs again

I see the shipping costs have increased again? Does it really cost $14.78 to ship a DVD? When I shopped here before it was something like $7.00

    International (and domestic) shipping costs via USPS have gone up quite a bit these past few years (my wife wanted to use a flat rate priority mail box to ship a small gift to her Dad who lives in Southern California - we're in the North - and was shocked to see that the price had gone up from $7.70 to $11.35 since we last used one a few years ago).
    Since it also includes a handling fee, $14.78 for international shipping sounds right.

    Can't you add some cheaper shipping options then? Regular airmail? I just don't think it's worth $14.78 just for an extra DVD. It costs me more than I payed for the game.

    I understand your frustration, but it's a shipping AND handling charge. We charge exactly what it costs us to actually ship the item.
