I love that you offer a promotion to allow free download of the first episode, but I've been trying since Friday to download the app to no avail. When I try to download the app it starts to load on my ipad then the icon disappears with a pop-up window that says "This item is being modified. Please try again later." For three days it's given this message.

I feel teased... and not in a good way.

    There's another thread with a question similar to this one.

    Unfortunately, this was not Telltale's fault- there's something wrong with the iTunes store right now, and games other than Law and Order are being affected. Wether or not the offer will be extended due to this snafu is yet to be seen, but it's an Apple problem. Keep checking back and someone at Telltale will be able to provide you with more information as it arises.
