My card doesn't work

I received a gift for Tales of Monkey Island. It says use this code to download your game from www.telltalegames.com/cards. ; I don't see where I am supposed to enter this code. I tired going to the store to enter the code under the coupon code section and it doesn't seem to work. I e-mailed support twice last week and didn't get a response. I would appreciate some help with this.
