Can't play Back to the Future

I've supposedly activated this by entering my password and username. On 'My Games' it doesn't give me a serial number, it says my password and user will do.

Now, whenever I open it up, there's a big orange button that says 'Play' but, having pressed a bazillion times, nothing happens.

If it makes any difference I downloaded it when it was free but I didn't play it because the PC I had at the time was knackered and I didn't want to install it until I had a decent one, but I'm fairly sure that TTG aren't the kind of people who will because I'm trying to play a free game too later for that....

Please Help.

    Right click the desktop icon and click 'Run as Administrator'.

    Give it a go.

    And I will DEFINATELY play the rest (if ever I can afford it :P)
