Need confirmation from telltale

I purchased Jurassic Park the Game Deluxe Edition on Saturday, it has been comfirmed as paid for with my paypal account, however I'm worried that it hasn't processed on your end since I haven't had a confirmation email from you nor does it appear on the 'stuff you've bought' page on the Telltale website.

Could you please confirm you have received my order and let me know when I can expect to receive it? I have tried emailing you twice but have had no reply.

    Per my response to your email, you should have access to the game now and your Deluxe Edition will be shipping soon. I apologize for the delay.
